By now, many people in Greater Cleveland are incensed at the fact that Forbes Magazine has ranked Cleveland, “America’s Most Miserable City”. But Cleveland does not stand alone. Canton, Akron, Toledo, and Youngstown also made the list, ranking 9th, 12th, 15th, and 18th respectively. After witnessing the reactions of many Ohioans who have chosen to embrace the moniker, it is clear that many of our cities are in dire need of a self esteem boost. The answer: The Misery Loves Company campaign, encouraging all Ohioans to "show community pride, community wide" by wearing Ohio gear this Monday, March 1st.

Stress in any form always engages your body, mind, and spirit. We are mentally capable of handling high energy situations - excitement and danger - but anything beyond those points lead to stress. We all have experienced stress – heavy work load, media influences and lack of sleep – but we lack the knowledge of preventing and treating stress.
